Martin and Marina's Bit

It was nice. But there was a helicopter parked on the path! Darned rich people! It's bad enough people parking on the double yellow lines outside my house!

Derek and Lesley's Bit

After an early start where we catch the sun rising we start our day of walking from the other side of the river estuary passing some more beautiful coves & having to walk across the sand in others we continue heading east along the by now very familiar SWCP.

On the clifftop we pass a ships mast & Martin heads for the top see the images.

Even the cows are adding to the paths beauty some lovely rust brown coloured ones against the green of the grass are a photographers dream.

Then we pass a helicopter parked on the footpath, Do you park a helicopter?

Martin and Marina's Bit

And we're back! Our first SWCP expedition of 2019 and oh my word, what a great five days. Amazing weather. Incredible scenery. Ickle lambs. Pasties. Fish and chips. And for Martin, a serious trip down memory lane, visiting places that were a big part of his childhood, including the bungalow his Grandparents lived in in the 1960s. Many a very happy summer holiday and Christmas were spent there.

Derek and Lesley's Bit

2019 & we’re off to a good start the weather is fine & we are all well.

The blue bells are out & the country is alive with new birth, flowers & fauna fill the fields & verges of the path with scents that fill our noses.

Martin is able to reminisce his childhood with memories of visiting his family in the area & is able to revisit the beach where he played as a small boy!

Wearing our Dystonia awareness shirts we are meeting people who are asking about Dystonia so our awareness message is getting just that people aware of this horrible painful condition.
