Martin and Marina's Bit
Day 2 of our new year SWCP expedition. Another windy and challenging day with over 4,000 feet of ascent. Excellent walking
with the untamed sea, always to our right.

Derek and Lesley's Bit
Up early again today walking from Crackington cove to tintagel about 12 miles to cover, back to where we left the path the
previous day it started as it meant to continue mud! Mud!! mud!!! a steep start from the cove up onto the cliff tops
very wet under foot from the torrential rain overnight but sooner have rain at night.
Plodding on the wind rises and we are hit head on by a horizontal hail storm, the air temperature dramatically falls the water proofs do their job & the hail washes some of the mud off.
Again spectacular seas once in a life time views. Finishing in tintagel we find a café & have our fill & head back to the cottage clean ourselves & relax with a couple of games. Wish each other a happy new year we head off to bed.
